Bill and Dale took over the management of our five Red Deer Buildings in the summer of 2017. Our buildings comprise exactly 200,000 square feet. Four of the five buildings are on Gaetz Avenue and the fifth is in the Riverside Industrial Park. These gentlemen have done an outstanding job. I simply cannot offer one suggestion on how they could be better. I have been in the real estate investment business for 47 years and management just doesn’t get any better. At that time the property was self-managed and was suffering from an increased vacancy rate due to a combination of the economic downturn, mismanagement and a considerable amount of deferred maintenance. Under the guidance of Dale, Bill and their team the property has been cleaned up and rented out to quality tenants. They have effectively managed the renovation, both full and partial, of 12 suites in a timely and cost efficient manner.
